WYELANDS ESTATES LIMITED
The Wyelands Estate extends was established through the acquisition of two neighbouring farms, High Beach Farm and Home Farm. The company now owns five hundred acres of prime agricultural and potential development land on the outskirts of Chepstow, where scenic views are enjoyed of the Severn Estuary and local countryside. In addition to agricultural activities on the Estate, the estate offers a number of exclusive residences. The company also owns a number of development sites. This unusual combination of agricultural land and property lettings offer unique opportunities for further development in the future.

WARD WAREHOUSING LIMITED
Established in 1969, Ward Warehousing activities include commercial letting, industrial letting, warehousing and land development. Assets include substantial office and retail complexes in Chepstow and industrial land and buildings in Lydney.

NOVARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED
Novare Solutions Limited was established in 2000 as a specialist compounding and service provider to the thermoplastic industry. The concept is to give the thermoplastic industry access to small-scale compound manufacturing as well as access to ancillary operations such as material drying, blending and packaging.

PETLON SITE SOLUTIONS LTD
Petlon Site Solutions Limited provides large thermoplastic processors with a custom on-site service solution for their non-core operations. A key to this service is to drive costs down by a scientific approach to removing activity and thus cost from their on-site operations. This is achieved by carrying out a detailed process analysis followed by process re-engineering to deliver an optimised solution.

PETLON POLYMERS LIMITED
Since 1976 Petlon Polymers Limited has developed into Europe’s most advanced engineering thermoplastic recovery facility. Through in house development of advanced reprocessing techniques, Petlon has the ability to convert 20,000 tonnes per annum of fibre, textile, film and other waste materials into high quality regranulates that are used in a range of industrial applications.
